Some of the obligations laid out in the FCTC are: 1) implementation of tax and price measures to reduce the demand for tobacco products, 2) provide protection from tobacco smoke exposure in several public places, 3) ensure that product packaging and labelling must not be misleading and must carry health warnings, 4) undertake ban on tobacco advertising, promotion, and sponsorship, 5) prohibit tobacco sales to minors, etc
